R4 asked me to stand up a website 'with' AI and 'without' developers, designers, copywriters, or project managers (→ check out the blog post here). The site was custom built on the front-end, then connected to a third party CMS that dynamically manages all content and news posts. AI had a hand in most everything, from the logo to the words on the page to the codebase. It all had to be stewarded, of course, but it's a case-in-point project that demonstrates the power of generative AI for business.
I built the IGNW site in Squarespace, which got me really familiar with the platform and proved first hand the convenience and limitations of using an all-in-one site builder. I got the site up quickly, which was paramount for a rocket-ship startup like IGNW, but also learned that templates could only take things so far (so let's hear it for custom code injections! Woot!).
SLS asked me to put up an overview site that showcased the areas of practice and expertise of their principal. I didn't do the copywriting but took care of the rest. Built in Squarespace, can't ya tell?
Generous Hearts started as a foundation to provide basic needs for the homeless population in LA. I worked with them to launch a site as both an informational and fundraising portal, and I did all the things: site build and updates, design, writing.
I know, I know, I'm obnoxiously stating the obvious here since you're already looking at this site, but I couldn't help myself. I hired → me ← for zero dollars to put it together. I coded it from the ground up (with just a littttle help from AI) and had a great time doing it.
